I'm Shelby, an old soul that enjoys the simple things in life like nature walks, sunsets, morning cups of coffee, baking sourdough, and a good laugh. Others would say I am kind, thoughtful, and bring a sense of peace to their wedding day.

My intention as a wedding planner is to create an experience that is genuine, stress-free, and represents you + your fiancés values, interests, and growing life together. I'm here for the details so that you can be fully present & ENJOY your day :)

MY PASSION PROJECT
Animals are one of my greatest joys in life. I love my pets to no end and strive to give them the BEST life possible. It hurts my heart and soul to know that so many animals don't feel the love that my babies feel, and so, it's my mission to give back to those sweet friends that haven't found their forever home yet.

For every wedding booked through Magnolia Tree I will sponsor a furry friend at The Bond Between in your honor & send you the name + photo of the sweet dog or cat you helped care for :)

The Bond Between is a nonprofit animal rescue in Minnesota. Their organization provides safe shelter, proper veterinary care and daily necessities for animals at risk, while working hard to find each a permanent, loving home! To learn more or donate yourself check out their site here.
Oh my goodness, I don't even know where to start! I could just go on and on about how simply incredible and seamless Shelby made our whole day go, from start to finish. As a vendor who will be by your side throughout most of your day, we really took our time choosing a wedding coordinator and never once regretted our decision in choosing Shelby. She made our whole vision come to life, orchestrated all of the small details and timeline, kept everyone on schedule, and made sure we were doing well throughout the wedding day. The day after the wedding, we were talking and honestly said to one another that I think you could have thrown anything Shelby's way and she would've just handled it with no biggie! No matter what it was, that’s just who she is. She's kind, considerate, helpful, organized, detail-oriented, and above all - she really does care! She's a steady presence in what can sometimes be a chaotic day and that in itself is reason enough to book with her. We have been and will continue to be recommending Shelby to anyone and everyone!
