  • What package should we book?
    I created my base package with add-on services so that you can create a package to fit your unique wedding needs! The most common package is Month of Management + Coordination for 12 hours. The most common planning add-on is Partial Planning!
  • What's the difference between Partial & Full Planning?
    I’d choose partial planning if you and your partner… Have time to commit to executing weekly tasks + monthly goals (estimated up to 5 hours weekly) Are somewhat self-sufficient and get things done: typically a little more self-sufficient at managing your budget and invoices + assigned tasks Are wedding go-getters that want to work to make that dream come true I’d choose full planning if you and your partner… Have less time to commit to tasks and want someone to handle it for you (estimated up to 2 hours weekly) Want guidance on every aspect of the day: from designing to handling invoices and everything in between – I’ll manage and guide you through all parts Are wedding day dreamers with a vision that you want someone to bring to life
  • Do I have to book a Rehearsal Dinner?
    Nope! I love to schedule time in our timeline the day of to do a quick rehearsal at the venue: show everyone how to walk in, where to stand, transitions, and exit! I'm a believer that the ceremony should be organic and go with the flow so I don't like to over rehearse that moment!
  • What's your booking + payment process?
    We'll first hop on a zoom call to chat about you + your fiancé, your life, your wedding, and anything in between! If the vibe is right I'll send over a contract for your review. Once signed, I attach an invoice to your contract with a 50% deposit due upfront + the additional payments made in milestones with the total balance due 30 days prior to your wedding day. Your date is booked upon signing the contract + receiving the deposit and from there we plan, coordinate, sponsor a shelter animal, all the things!
  • Do you travel? Are there travel fees?
    I'd be happy to travel within Minnesota + beyond for your wedding day! You can view my travel details as worded in my contract below: For all weddings deemed as destination (taking place beyond 125 miles from studio), additional fees are applicable, such as round trip airfare, hotel stay for 1-2 nights pending complexity, and car rentals from airport and back during the stay. All travel can be arranged by clients per specifications of Vendor or arranged by Vendor with agreement of payment invoiced.
  • Do you have insurance?
    Yup! I have professional + general liability insurance to cover venue requirements for a day of coordinator.
  • Why should we book you?
    If you made it to my page and read this far, I'd like to think it's for a reason! My business is really an extension of me and my values. I started it because I love connecting with kind genuine people and bringing energy + light into their wedding day. I’m an organizational queen but laid back in my day to day life so I think I bring a pretty down to earth approach to wedding planning. Finding out what is important + what is exciting to my couples and creating an experience that feels like them is my ultimate goal. I love to work with people that are kind, trusting, joyful, and creative. We laugh a lot and get things done too! If that sounds like you let's start planning a day you'll love!
